Privacy Policy

Your account. An email address, and — if you sign in with X — your public X handle. We ask X for your email so that a person who signs in with X and a person who signed in by email are recognised as the same account instead of ending up with two. We do not receive your X password, your direct messages, or your follower list, and we cannot post as you.

Your submissions. The domain and URL you submit, plus what we capture from that public page: screenshots, page title, favicon, and measured facts about the page.

The evaluation. Scores, written judge reasoning, comparison results, and the cost of the models we ran.

Payments. Handled by Polar. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and an identifier for it. We never see or store your card number.

Basic usage counts. Which pages are viewed, in aggregate, so we know what people look at. No third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking.

The AI judges. Screenshots of your submitted page and its measured facts are sent to third-party AI providers to be scored. This is the core of the service and cannot be switched off for a submission. They see your public landing page — not your email address, your account, or your payment.

Supabase hosts the database and handles sign-in. Vercel hosts the site. Polar processes payments. Resend delivers our email. Each sees only what it needs to do that job.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Ever.

A listing is public by design: the site name, logo, domain, score, position and judge commentary are visible to everyone, including search engines. That is the product.

Your email address is not public. Your X handle is public information already, and if stored may be shown alongside a listing you submitted.

One kind only: the cookie that keeps you signed in. There is no advertising cookie and no analytics cookie, which is why this site has no cookie banner asking you to accept anything.

Listings and their evaluations are kept as long as the board exists — the archive is part of the point, and a rank with no history is not worth much. Account data is kept while your account exists.

Write to support@viralsaas.lol to get a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account. We will act on it.

Deleting your account does not automatically erase a public listing whose evaluation was paid for and published — tell us if you want the listing removed as well, and we will remove it.

This service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Requests to see, correct or delete what we hold go to the same address, and are answered whichever country you are writing from.
